We get a lot of the same questions — allergens, opening times, whether we do group bookings. I uploaded our menu and a short FAQ to Chatevo and it handles most of that now. It's not perfect, sometimes it doesn't know something and tells the customer to call us, which is fine. But the calls we do get are fewer and usually more specific. Took maybe an hour to set up. We haven't had to touch it since. The team loves it. That's the important part. That's what makes it worth the money.
